15-Day Return Policy
After receiving an item, you have 15 days to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn and unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Free returns within Italy and Europe
If you're returning the item from Italy or any other European country, return shipping is free.
Return shipping fees for the rest of the world
For returns from outside Italy and Europe, the return shipping will be at your own expense.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any defects, damages, or if you received the wrong item. This way, we can assess the issue and work on a resolution.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, feel free to contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item you received, and once the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item separately.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days for any reason and without needing to provide any justification. As mentioned earlier, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn and unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will receive the refund automatically through the original payment method within 10 business days. It may take some time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and post the refund.
